We have a multitude of different therapies available that can benefit our pupils.

Seriena Hodder is now a friends for life facilitator and this means she can now deliver a programme of cognitive behavior therapy principles to either indivials or small groups of students who suffer with anxiety, or who demonstrate behaviors associated with anxiety. It is a 10 week programme and it has an 80% success rate at reducing anxiety. It can be used as a stand alone or will fully support CAMHS intervention.
